Hi I’m DJ and Crazy Sourdough

is my little bakery which I started from my home kitchen. I mainly bake alone, but my lovely husband—AKA the employee of the month—also helps me out. I have been baking since I was quite young. While growing up, I was taught that homemade baking is the best thing you can provide for your family. As a Korean, fermented foods are essential in our cuisine. This is why baking sourdough really caught my eye. Before I was baking, I was working in architectural design. Whenever I was stressed during work, I would bake sourdough, which brought me so much joy and tranquility. I began sharing my bread with others After a lot of positive feedback I decided to pursue baking more seriously.
In addition to baking, I also love plants. My family calls me a plant parent. When I am not baking I’m tending to my plants and watching them grow—did you know that plants thrive on sourdough water? Growing veggies in my backyard is also my thing.I have a huge passion for architecture, of course, and DIY for building anything I want; I’m one of those who have abundant energy and ideas to create anything from scratch.The opportunity to sell my bread has allowed me to follow my profound interest in baking.
